Knotgrass
is one of the oldest traditional remedies for
arthritis and general inflammatory joint
conditions. It appears as a weed in many
temperate countries ands is difficult to eradicate
once established, due to its strong root and runner
system below soil level.

it works: |
The
active substances of this plant have not yet been
studied extensively. Knotgrass is known to
contain silicia. which can help to improve the
elasticity and strength of connective tissues n the
body and particularly the joints.
In addition, the plant
appears to work as an anti-inflammatory agent by
helping the body in the elimination process.
